You watch them as they teach you the recipes and show you the techniques of preparation while answering  your questions and involving you in the pleasure of cooking and eating. The resultant meal - as we can testify to- is a terrific example of food presentation ,imagination and taste.

They are located only a short distance away from the house in a quiet, rural hamlet near La Roche Posay 

Alison and Sidney are both award winning chefs with many years of international experience. 

They believe that the art of cooking should have no boundaries and that cooking  should always be a relaxed and enjoyable experience.

They have cooked for several Heads of State which have included state banquets for HM Queen Elizabeth II.  They have also cooked for celebrities including Richard Attenborough, Cher, U2, Sylvester Stallone, Anne Robinson, Mick Jagger and Madonna.

To help you enjoy this gourmet experience you will be chauffeured to and from the venue courtesy of 'The Old Walnut Mill' so you can sample the fine wines on offer.
