Directions to ‘Les Balcons’ on Avenue Andre Theuriet

Coming from Paris/ Tours take the  A10 Poitiers/Bordeaux -- leave auto-route at junction 25 for Saint-Maure-de-Touraine, at the first roundabout you take the direction for Loches, though only until next roundabout (short distance),then at this roundabout for D910 --the exit you follow is marked for 'Descartes', the next change of direction is not until you come to the next roundabout at La Celle- Saint-Avant go off to the left again marked for 'Descartes' continue until you reach the first roundabout at the entrance to town (to think not so long ago they didn’t have roundabouts here!) -don't take the first road off but
continue following signs for Le Blanc and Le Grand Pressigny—third roundabout takes you into other end of town – ( if you need supermarket it is just off  2^{nd -} closed 12.30 ‘til 2.30 ) couple of awkward junctions to get through in the town-not obvious who has right of way, so take care!--then continue on for Le Blanc and Le Grand Pressigny.

Just outside Descartes you will see road off to the left for Le Grand Pressigny, this will take you through the village of Abilly – they have fitted traffic calmers – not bumps but lane reducers so take care here re who has priority. As you arrive in the village of Le Grand Pressign,  at the first real junction you turn right onto Avenue Andre Theuriet, almost as if you were coming back on yourself. Pull in and park immediately on your right -the house is on the opposite side of the road.

Remember you will need euros or 'chipped' credit card for toll at J25.
